How do I gain access to Care 360?
To gain access simply follow these steps:

Register - Complete the registration form with your customer information.

Create a Password - Once your customer identity is validated, you'll receive an email from External Profile Management to set your secure password.

Activate Your Profile - You'll be notified via email once your profile has been activated. This process may take a short amount of time.
How do I register for Care 360?
To register for Care 360°, follow these steps:

Click Register at the top right corner of the homepage to access the registration page.

Select Request access now!

Complete and submit the registration form.
How do I know if my request is complete?
Once your registration has been successfully validated, you’ll receive an email from External Profile Management with instructions to finalize your registration.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder. Follow the link in the email to set your password, accept cookie preferences, and log in to begin your Care 360° journey.
Who is eligible to access Care 360?
Care 360° is designed to enhance the digital journey of BASF’s business partners within the Care Chemicals division. Access will be granted once the validation process confirming your status as a BASF business partner is complete.
What should I do if I need additional access?
If you require access that differs from what you initially requested during registration, you can either :
