PROTECTOL® PE

Protectol®PE is a liquid biocide. The biocidal product is widely used as an in-can preservative in formulations for home care, institutional and industrial uses including metal working fluids. Moreover, the product is used as a biocidal active substance for the formulation of hard surface, skin disinfectants and hand disinfectants for uses in health care, institutional and industrial settings that also includes food contact areas (e.g. food service and kitchen hygiene and food processing). Beside the broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, the product shows great compatibility with a variety of other biocidal actives substances.  Protectol® PE is readily biodegradable and meets the EU-Ecolabel criteria.
