BASF is an active member of the multi-stakeholder initiative RSPO from the very beginning in 2004.

Today we can offer a broad portfolio of ingredients based on certified sustainable palm (kernel) oil according to the principles and criteria of the RSPO supply chain model Mass Balance. This is an important step to support more sustainable production of oil palm products and towards fulfilling our commitment to purchase our all palm and palm kernel oil from certified sustainable sources.
