Dehypon LS 24 is a low-foaming nonionic surfactant based on C12–C14 fatty alcohol with approximately 2 moles of ethylene oxide and 4 moles of propylene oxide. It is used for detergents and cleaners in which foaming has to be kept to a minimum. It appears as a yellowish liquid, clear to slightly cloudy at room temperature.
