Vit-A-Like® SPB LS 9793

Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is considered as a benchmark for anti-aging products. Retinol, however, can be unstable and difficult to work with and can induce skin irritation, making it incompatible for sensitive skin formulations. In response to these issues, BASF has developed Vit-A-Like™ SPB as an alternative to retinol that has a comparable mechanism of action, equivalent performance, but with improved tolerance and stability.
