Luviquat® Excellence is composed of copolymers of vinylpyrrolidone and quaternized vinylimidazole. It is a substantive cationic compound used in shampoos and shower gels, acting as a conditioning and anti-static agent with protective and wet combability-improving properties. It offers substantivity as a conditioning polymer and is a conditioning agent for cosmetic applications such as conditioners, styling products, and body lotions.
