Pluronic® L 121 is a specialized ethylene oxide and propylene oxide copolymer with a low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB). It is a medium-molecular-weight emulsifier with a 10% ethylene oxide content, 100% active composition, and a molecular weight of 4400. Pluronic® L 121 is particularly suitable for formulating low-foaming water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions. It provides excellent emulsion stability and wetting properties.
