Inoterra™ DWE is a clear liquid of 85% concentration, which utilizes the synergy between natural alcohol ethoxylates and 2-PH surfactants. Water is present to provide better phase stability. It has a cloud point of 53°C and an HLB of 12.4. It is listed on Safer Choice, although the final surfactant choice depends on the formulation.
