Tinopal® CBS-CL

Tinopal® CBS‑CL is a distyryl biphenyl–based fluorescent whitening agent (FWA) supplied as a 10% active clear solution. It improves substrate brightness by absorbing ultraviolet light and re‑emitting it as visible blue light, counteracting yellowing and enhancing overall visual whiteness. Its high solubility, strong lightfastness, and stability in chlorine‑containing systems make it suitable for integration into a wide range of industrial formulations requiring optical brightening performance.
