General

Eumulgin® HPS is a solubilizer for water and water/alcohol systems for personal care applications. It is composed of ethoxylated fatty alcohol, fatty alcohol alkoxylates, and ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil. It is easy to handle and is quickly water-soluble, making a clear fluid at low temperatures.
