Protectol® PE GMP

Protectol® PE GMP is a liquid with 2-phenoxyethanol. The product is used as a pharmaceutical active ingredient for topical antiseptics and disinfectants and as an in-can preservative of topical medical formulations (rinse-off and leave-on) for treatment of the skin and mucosa. Beside the broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, the product is an excellent solvent and shows great compatibility with a variety of other preservatives for medical formulations.
