Protectol® FM 85

Protectol® FM 85 is liquid formic acid. It is used as biocidal active substance that provides strong efficacy at acidic pH values against bacteria, yeasts and molds. It is used for the formulation of acidic surface disinfectants and sanitizers for home care (esp. bath room and toilet cleaners) and industrial and institutional settings. Moreover, Protectol® FM 85 is used as active substance for the formulation of preservatives of Home Care, industrial and instititional formulations esp. cleaning products and the raw materials thereof.
