For example, the personal care industry has a long tradition of using biobased ingredients, which continue to be highly valued by consumers around the world. Often associated with naturality, skin compatibility, and sustainability, these ingredients play an important role in meeting consumer expectations. For personal care products, we provide ISO 16128 statements that indicate the Natural Index and Natural Origin Index of our products in accordance with the ISO 16128 standard. Discover our Alkyl Polyglucosides (APGs) for Personal Care, Home Care and Industrial Formulators. It is a range of biobased surfactants derived from plant-based feedstocks, including glucose from corn or wheat and fatty alcohols from palm kernel and coconut oil.
