Steam is a key resource in the manufacturing process for heating and sanitization. The implementation of a steam management system – an automated steam flow stop – supports the reduction of energy at our production site in Pulnoy, France. By installing automatic shut-off valves at steam boiler outlets, we ensure that steam flow is immediately stopped during shutdowns or abnormal operating conditions. This prevents the continuous production and release of steam when it is not required.

Minimizing steam losses improves the overall energy efficiency of the boiler and reduces the need for additional water and heating. As a result, the system contributes to a significant reduction in gas consumption and associated CO₂ emissions.
